Once we have dispatched the items, the packages are in our couriers' hands. Situations such as postal strikes, shipping and customs delays are all beyond our control. There's nothing much that we can do.

However, we will do everything we can and work with our couriers to get your lenses to you! 

Customs Tax & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs tax or import duties. In addition to customs fees, the packages may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred and levied by Customs.

Customers are required to pay for any charges imposed by your country's Customs officers.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you received an incorrect or defective item, you're covered. Initiate a return request in the Orders page in your account page. Follow the instructions to proceed with the replacement or refund. The request must be made within 90 days upon the delivery date.

In all requests for replacement or exchanges, please do not open any of the vials.

If we sent the wrong lenses, we require clear photos showing the mistake. If your lenses are defective, please give us the "Lot No" which you can find on the vial labels. Keep the vials when requesting for a replacement.
