Once we have dispatched the items, the packages are in our couriers' hands. Situations such as postal strikes, shipping and customs delays are all beyond our control. There's nothing much that we can do.
However, we will do everything we can and work with our couriers to get your lenses to you!
Customers are responsible for any customs tax or import duties. In addition to customs fees, the packages may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred and levied by Customs.
As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
Customers are required to pay for any charges imposed by your country's Customs officers.

Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent - If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, we'll get your replacement covered. You will need to initiate for a return request in the Orders page under your Account Management. There will be instructions to guide you on how to proceed with the replacement / refunds request procedures. Alternatively, drop us an email at email@example.com.
Exchange your item for different model/color/prescription - If you decide to do so, please ensure that the lenses are still sealed and unopened. Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your request. We are more than happy to help you to get the right lenses for you. However, customers will need to bear the postage costs to return the lenses back to us. We are unable to process the refund / exchange until we have received the lenses. We highly suggest customers to use registered post or similar service for proof of dispatch as we cannot be responsible if the lenses are lost en-route.
