Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent - If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, we'll get your replacement covered. You will need to initiate for a return request in the Orders page under your Account Management. There will be instructions to guide you on how to proceed with the replacement / refunds request procedures. Alternatively, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchange your item for different model/color/prescription - If you decide to do so, please ensure that the lenses are still sealed and unopened. Just drop us an email at email@example.com to initiate your request. We are more than happy to help you to get the right lenses for you. However, customers will need to bear the postage costs to return the lenses back to us. We are unable to process the refund / exchange until we have received the lenses. We highly suggest customers to use registered post or similar service for proof of dispatch as we cannot be responsible if the lenses are lost en-route.
Replacement for a returned/lost parcel due to incomplete address - In any cases that the parcel is returned or lost due to incomplete/wrong shipping address provided during checkout, we are willing to send a replacement order to you. However, customer has to borne the shipping and processing fee of USD 9, if the replacement is dispatched via Standard Shipping. Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you in any way we could.
* We have recently closed our payment gateway account for payment through credit/debit cards. If in any cases refunds are needed for orders placed through credit cards, we will suggest alternative refund methods for our customers.
