Secondly, our customer service team is always on standby for prompt responses to any of your inquiries. And lastly, we have several promotions all year long, so why else would you not shop with us?

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Order fulfillment takes 1-2 working days upon successful payment. The estimated transit and shipping durations vary depending on your parcel’s destination country. For more details, see Delivery and Returns.

Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?
We’re really quick at packing your orders.  Hence, there’ll be a limited time for you to make any amendments or cancellations. Though if you do, Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. You know what they say; when there’s a will, there’s a way!
 
What does “Quantity” mean? Per Pair of Per Pieces? What does the pricing refer to?
The price shown is per pair. The Quantity “1” means one (1) Pair, or two (2) pieces of circle lenses.
 
Are lens cases included?
Yes, each purchased pair of lenses comes with a free lens case.
 
I did not receive order confirmation or dispatch notification email.

What currency do you charge in?
The default price is shown in USD.
You can pay in any of the following currencies: USD (US Dollars), AUD (Australian Dollars), EUR (Euro), GBP (British Pounds), SGD (Singapore Dollars), CAD (Canadian Dollars).

How do I pay?
We accept most major Debit, Credit Cards and PayPal. You can choose either to become a member (so that you’ll be able to check out faster) or to check out as a guest.

Is it safe to use my credit card on Cosobox.com?
Yes, it is. Any information going into and from our website is secure and encrypted. When you make the payment, you'll be redirected to the PayPal Payment Page which is SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypted and our credit card merchant provider.

Do you store my credit card information?
No, we don’t. Any payment information, including credit card data, is processed by our payment gateway. It does not go through our servers.

I have problem completing the payment. Are there any other methods I can pay?

Do you ship globally?
Yes, we offer free worldwide standard and express shipping (Kindly note that Express Shipping is not available in South America.)

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Yes, with Standard Shipping only. Express Shipping requires an address and a signature.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE 

Do you accept refunds / exchange?
Yes, definitely. We will honour all requests for returns and exchanges within 90 days of your purchase. For hygienic reasons, all items must be returned in original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping chargesContact us for assistance.

Do you guarantee against any defects?
Yes, we do. We take pride in delivering the best services that our customers deserve. If you believe your shipment is defective, immediately discontinue any use and contact us. We gladly replace your item for free. Some problems may not have been caused by defects; but by taking improper precautions or poor hygienic practices. We may not proceed with refunds or replacements if the defective claim is dishonest or fraudulent

 

PRESCRIPTION

Can I use my glasses prescription to buy coloured contact lenses?
Prescriptions for contact lenses and eyeglasses are different. A contact lens prescription contains information not found in a prescription for eyeglasses, like brand, base curve and diameter. If you have a prescription for eyeglasses but want to try contact lenses, visit your eye care provider for a contact lens fitting.

I have perfect vision. I don't need any corrective power.
That’s perfectly normal. In such cases, just select 0.00 for plano lenses, which are clear lenses with no corrective power.

I have astigmatism, can I still purchase?
We highly recommend that you consult with your eye care provider before placing your order.
