WHAT TECHNOLOGY IS USED TO MANUFACTURE GEO MEDICAL LENSES?

All GEO Medical lenses are manufactured using Dual Layer Coating Technology. The manufacturing process are carried out in a Clean Room which follows stringent rules to produce high quality contact lenses.

HOW DOES DUAL LAYER COATING TECHNOLOGY WORKS?

This enhanced technology 100% GUARANTEES your eye health. No need to worry about the colorant or pigment in direct contact with your eyes.

This unique technology protects eye health as the colorant is set between between two thin transparent layers of lens material made of HEMA. In

contrast, inexpensive lower quality lenses are coated with only one layer of HEMA coating to reduce the manufacturing cost.

WHAT IS HEMA?

The other term for HEMA is Polymacon. HEMA is a type of polymer widely used to manufacture soft contact lenses and it is biocompatible to our eyes.

This material is capable of retaining high water content and hence, providing long lasting comfort when wearing our lenses. Say bye bye to dry eyes!

WHAT MAKES GEO MEDICAL LENSES SUPER COMFORTABLE?

An extra manufacturing step called the Edging Process, produces exceptionally smooth surfaces and edges. This step definitely provides the ultra comfort when wearing GEO Medical lenses. No wonder most of our customers forget they are even wearing one!
