IG Brands Pte Ltd takes full responsibility for all website transactions and handles dispute management, refunds, cancellations, returns & customer support on behalf of Idearium Global Sdn Bhd. Geo Coloured Lenses is an online retail store and information site for contact lenses and related products. Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following general terms and conditions (which include the returns policy, intellectual property policy and privacy policy). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you cannot use this site and/or buy any products or services through this site. We may make changes to the site, these terms and conditions of use, or the policies and conditions that govern the use of the site at any time. We encourage you to review the site and the general terms and conditions periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed to be your acceptance of these changes.

6. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Geo Coloured Lenses product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Geo Coloured Lenses reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Geo Coloured Lenses shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
7. Restricted Activities
In connection with your use of our site, our services or in the course of your interactions with Geo Coloured Lenses, you will not breach these terms and conditions or violate any law, statute or regulation (including anti-money laundering).
You confirm, represent and warrant that all monies transferred to us for purchase of our products are not proceeds of an unlawful activity and your use of our services do not present a risk of non-compliance with Geo Coloured Lenses’ anti-money laundering obligations. We may refuse to process your transaction if doing so would breach our anti-money laundering obligations.
8. Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Geo Coloured Lenses without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to copyrights, trademark, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification and miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
9. Notice
Geo Coloured Lenses may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Geo Coloured Lenses.
10. Valid Prescription Required (Applicable to US Residents Only)
If you are a US resident, we must verify your prescription with your eye-care professional as per the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumer Act and Contact Lens Rule (“Act”). You must therefore have a valid and non-expired prescription issued by a licensed eye-care professional for the contact lenses that you are ordering, and we will only sell to you contact lenses for which you have prescription that is satisfactory. Upon placing an order with us, you will be required to provide us with the following information as prescribed by the Act which we may verify with your eye care professional:
your full name and address;
your contact lens power;
manufacturer of contact lens;
base curve (or appropriate designation);
diameter (when appropriate);
quantity ordered;
the name, address, telephone, email and fax of the eye care professional that issued you your prescription;
the date you the prescription was issued; and
expiry date of the prescription.
You should also provide us with a scanned copy of your prescription by email to info@geocolouredlenses.com. By providing us with a scanned copy of your prescription that is valid, non-expired and satisfactory, we are able to proceed with your order right away provided that your order matches your prescription. If you do not provide us with a scanned copy of your prescription, we will submit the information that you have provided to your eye-care professional and we will not be able to proceed with your order until the information has been verified by your eye-care professional (which can take up to 8 business hours). If your eye-care professional responds to our verification request that your prescription is inaccurate or has expired, we will not be able to proceed with your order.
We are not obligated to proceed to supply you with any contact lenses if:
your prescription is not valid and has expired;
we are unable to verify your prescription with your eye-care professional to our satisfaction; or
your order does not match your prescription.
In the event Geo Coloured Lenses is unable to supply you with your order for reasons above, Geo Coloured Lenses reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, Geo Coloured Lenses shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the full amount that you have paid.
By placing an order with us, you hereby represent and warrant that:
you have a valid prescription which has not expired and that the information you provided to us is valid and true and matches exactly your prescription as provided by your eye care provider;
you have renewed your prescription in strict accordance with your eye care professional’s suggested regime; and
you have successfully worn contact lenses before and have not experienced any problems with wearing contact lenses.
By providing us with the contact information of your eye care professional, you consent to us contacting your eye care professional on your behalf for the purpose of verifying your prescription and any other information provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, expenses and damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with a breach of these terms and conditions by you (including any untrue representations and warranties made by you in respect of your prescription information).
You agree to indemnify, keep indemnified and hold us harmless, our officers, directors, employees and agents against all claims, demands, suits, proceedings, liabilities, losses, expenses and damages suffered by us arising directly or indirectly or in connection with a breach by you of any of these terms and conditions including any untrue representations and warranties made by you in respect of your prescription information.
11. Personal Data
To place your order, you will be asked to provide your personal data (including sensitive personal data such as your prescription information) which we will process in the manner as set out in our privacy notice and privacy policy available at www.geocolouredlenses.com. By clicking “I accept the terms and conditions”, you agree that you have read and understood the privacy notice and agree to the processing of your personal data (including sensitive personal data) in such manner as set out therein.
If you are a US resident, we are required to retain your information for up to 3 years in accordance with the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumer Act and Contact Lens Rule.
12. Colour and Product Description
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate. We have attempted to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
13. Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Geo Coloured Lenses may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Geo Coloured Lenses, Geo Coloured Lenses has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Geo Coloured Lenses.
