How to Insert Your Lenses

    Wash your handsUse soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Dry with a lint-free towel. Never touch lenses with dirty or lotion-covered hands.

    Prepare the lensRemove from its blister pack or case. Rinse with solution. Check it is not inside out — it should form a smooth bowl shape, not curl outward at the edges.

    Hold your eyelids openUse your non-dominant hand to hold your upper eyelid open. Use your dominant hand to hold down your lower eyelid. Look upward or straight ahead into a mirror.

    Place the lens on your eyeGently place it onto your eye and blink slowly. The lens will centre itself. If it feels off, blink again or gently reposition with your eyelid.
