3. Can I exchange my lenses for a different model, color, or prescription?
Absolutely! Ensure the lenses are sealed and unopened. Email us at care@geocolouredlenses.com to start the process.
*Note: Customers cover the return postage. Refunds/exchanges are processed only after we receive the lenses. Use registered post for tracking.
4. What if my parcel is returned or lost due to an incomplete address?
We will send a replacement, but customers must pay a USD 9 shipping and processing fee (Standard Shipping). Email us at care@geocolouredlenses.com for assistance.
