Standard Shipping: 7-21 working days (free for all orders).
Express Shipping: 3-7 working days (USD 17, free for orders USD 89 and above)
Yes, customers are responsible for customs taxes, import duties, or handling fees. Check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
Products & Stock
No, your contact lens prescription may differ from your glasses. We recommend consulting your local optician for an accurate prescription.
No, we do not include multipurpose solutions. You can purchase this separately from your local optician or pharmacy.
Email us at care@geocolouredlenses.com to inquire about restocks. We may also be able to arrange a pre-order for you.
No, we currently do not carry lenses designed for astigmatism.
Yes! All our lenses are manufactured by GEO Medical, which meets strict safety standards and is approved by certified authorities, including the US FDA.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes! We offer free returns within 90 days of delivery:
- Wrong or defective items: Email us at care@geocolouredlenses.com for a replacement.
- Exchanges (different color/model/prescription): Lenses must be sealed and unopened. Customers cover return postage.
We’ll send a replacement, but you’ll need to pay a USD 9 shipping and processing fee for Standard Shipping.

Yes, but always follow the recommended wear time and care instructions to maintain eye health.
Store lenses in a clean lens case filled with multipurpose solution. Clean and disinfect them regularly as per your optician’s advice.
Yes, we offer both prescription and non-prescription lenses. Be sure to select the appropriate option when ordering.
